Kyle Cunningham earned his Agricultural Economics degree from Texas A&M University in 1993, with a specialization in land economics. Raised in a ranching and farming family, he brings a lifetime of real-world land knowledge — not just professional expertise — to every transaction he leads.
With over 25 years in the ranch and land real estate industry, Kyle is a licensed broker in both Texas and Colorado. He has built a reputation rooted in integrity, deep market knowledge, and a genuine passion for connecting families with land that becomes their legacy. He has served three generations of clients since 1999 — a testament to the trust he earns and keeps.
As a hunter, fisherman, and mountain climber, Kyle brings an outdoorsman's perspective to every property he represents. He understands the land from the inside — the wildlife patterns, the water sources, the terrain — not just the numbers on a survey map. That firsthand experience makes him uniquely effective for buyers seeking ranches with strong hunting, recreational, or agricultural value.
Kyle is married to Jennifer Cunningham, who heads the Residential Division of Legacy Ranch Real Estate. They have two adult sons and are actively involved in their church and local community in Spring Branch, Texas.
