With over 25 years in the ranch and land real estate industry, Kyle is a licensed broker in both Texas and Colorado. He has built a reputation rooted in integrity, deep market knowledge, and a genuine passion for connecting families with land that becomes their legacy. He has served three generations of clients since 1999 — a testament to the trust he earns and keeps.
As a hunter, fisherman, and mountain climber, Kyle brings an outdoorsman's perspective to every property he represents. Kyle is married to Jennifer Cunningham, who heads the Residential Division of Legacy Ranch Real Estate. They have two adult sons and are actively involved in their church and local community in Spring Branch, Texas.
